Grand Prize:
1 Winner will get a trip for 3 to Toronto, Ontario to visit the set of the show and will make a one time appearance as a roving reporter

Important Dates & Entering The Contest:

Beginning August 15: Create a newscast by heading over to Family.ca and printing off the What’s Up, Warthogs! script or using the suggested topics to create your own news report.

August 15 – 30: Upload the video of the newscast to Family.ca for the chance to win the grand prize mentioned above. Other prizes include an Apple iPod Touch (second place) and a Nikon COOLPIX digital camera (third place).

September 9: Semi-finalist videos are revealed and posted on Family.ca.

September 9 – 19: Family, friends and fans can visit the website to vote for their favorite newscast to help the Family Channel team pick the top three finalists.

September 30: The first, second and third place winners will be announced on a new episode of What’s Up, Warthogs!
