Homemade Cat Litter Mask

Yes you read the correct & you might have recently heard about Snookie from Jersey Shore using cat litter as a facial mask.  The little tip comes from Diane Irons a beauty expert who claims it is made from the same ingredients found in the $100 clay facials at spas.  Now when shopping for cat litter for your face (wow it’s weird writing that or even thinking about ) make sure you read the label .  You will be looking for one that is “sodium betonite clay” or “100 percent natural clay.”

Ingredients

  • Cat litter (make sure you get the right one)
  • Water
  • Essential oil (optional)

How to

  1. Take a couple spoon full of cat litter and mix with water
  2. You can add essential oil if you like, but it’s not a must
  3. Apply to face & leave it on for about 15 minutes
