This year was the first time that I heard of and went to the Canadian Pacific holiday Train, but its been chugging along since 1999. Since it has launched in 1999 the CP holiday train have helped raise $7.4 million and 3 million pounds of food. By the time its done it will visit over 150 cities playing free concerts. Visitors are encouraged to donate non perishable food that will than help out the local community food banks during the holiday season.
My kids loved seeing the train pull in and see all the Christmas lights and hearing the music.
Check out their facebook to see were the train will be stopping next
