On March 17 my family and I had a chance to attend Disney on Ice presents Dare To Dream in Hamilton, Ontario. When we first got there they had concession stands set up selling Disney merchandise, popcorn, slushies & more… We headed to our seats and the show started up with the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Next up was Cinderella with her little mice friends and even her fairy godmother and carriage that sparkled. Rapunzel was up next trapped in her tower waiting for the day she is free. Rapunzel and Flynn Rider did some pretty cool tricks where they were lifted above the ice. Mickey Mouse, Minnie and Goofy even made a few appearances during the show.
The show grabbed the audience attention quickly and it was a magical afternoon. Leaving the event I had many of the timeless Disney songs stuck in my head for the rest of the day. This event was put together very well and went along smoothly. Half way through the show there is an intermission you can get up and stretch your legs or refill on drinks and snack if you want. They give a 5 minute warning before it comes back on so, you can get to your seats in time. Disney on Ice is a great way to spend your afternoon with your family and/or friends. This event is great for all ages there was boys and girls in attendance. To find out when Disney on Ice presents Dare To Dream will be heading to your city follow along on Facebook or Twitter.
